In order to keep Vezeeta patients able to book with you on Vezeeta.com, you have to keep confirming your availability.
You can confirm up to 4 weeks. To do so, click on Schedule tab, go to Schedule management, switch on/off your available weeks.
From Schedule tab, go to Schedule management, click on working hours icon and turn on/off week days according to your new clinic working days and hours.
N.B: You won't be able to edit your working hours from app if you have multiple shift. To do so, please call support team.
Doctors is ranked on Vezeeta.com according to some criteria as following:
- Availability:
The sooner you are available the higher your ranking.
Example: Doctor that is available today and tomorrow has higher ranking than doctor that is available today only.
- Rating:
The higher in rating stars and surveys count the higher in ranking.
Example: 5-Star rating doctor has higher ranking than 4.5-star rating doctor.
- Full Profile:
The more content in profile the higher the ranking.
Example: Doctor who has clinic photos is ranked higher than doctor who doesn't have.
No show reporting is available for only 48 hours of patient booking day. To do so, click on Schedule tab and go to the specific booking record and click on no show icon (EYE). Make sure it turns blue. SMS will be sent to the patient to confirm his no show.
If this patient comes later, You can undo no show button by clicking on it again.
Publishing your profile on Vezeeta.com is completed in five steps:
1- Complete your profile information: Add all profile required information. Click on Publish button to view your missing data and complete them.
2- Upload professional profile photo: Your profile photo is important to boost your new bookings.
3- Add your working hours: from Schedule tab add your clinic working hours.
4- Pay your activation fee: Enter a valid credit card.
5- Send a publishing request: After completing the previous steps, we will review your profile and publish it. We may call you within 3 day.
Promo code doctors is a service that enables you to get more patients with same examination fee & Vezeeta pays all discount fee.
You can subscribe to Promo code doctors from Promo code (Profile > Clinic info > Promo code). To be able to subscribe, you need to add your Assistant name and number(Profile > Clinic info > Assistant name and number) to make sure that assistant notified with booking details.
Promo code subscription is only available now for doctors on transactional plans of Vezeeta Book.
After subscription, booking confirmation SMS will include extra information if patient has a valid promo code with the final examination fee that patient will pay.
You can also view booking details from the app in Booking list (Schedule tab > Schedule Summary > Daily booking list). Bookings that apply Promo code will have extra promo code icon (%) and final paid examination fee is available in Booking details (Schedule tab > Schedule Summary > Booking list > Booking details).
To let your assistant receive all booking notifications, you have to add your Assistant name and number (Profile > Clinic info > Assistant name and number).
All discounts that patients receive during any month will be paid back by Vezeeta in the same month's invoice.
If the discount value is more than your due amount in your invoice, you will get credit in your Vezeeta account. This credit isn't refundable except in case of contract termination.

To update it, go to Profile tab, click on Clinic Info, click on Clinic address and update it.
Profile photo is one of the most important attributes for boosting your bookings specially if it is professional photo (Not clinic icon).
To update it, go to Profile tab, click on photo beside your overall rating and update it.
This is the total bookings that you received since you joined Vezeeta.com.

Sharing your profile on Facebook and social medias has a great impact on your online exposure.
To publish your profile, go to Profile tab, click on Share profile with others under your rating and choose the targeted social media. You can share your profile in English and Arabic languages but, your published profile language will be same as your current app language.
To share your profile in different language, change your app language and repeat the previous steps.
Enriched profiles with clinic photos result in higher bookings.
To add clinic photos, go to Profile tab, click on Clinic info then click on Clinic photos and choose up to 15 clinic photos.
Unfortunately, you can't update your main specialty through the app now.
You can call Support to request changing your main specialty.
Subspecialties are important attribute in doctors selection. To update it, go to Profile tab, click on edit button beside Medical Specialties, choose all your suspecialties.
Your professional title is one of the most important attribute for the patient to choose a doctor. To update it, go to Profile tab, click on edit button beside your name, scroll down to professional title section and update it.
Assistant information helps in creating better patient experience although it isn't displayed in your profile on Vezeeta.com. Assistant number receives instant confirmation messages once patient booked with you on Vezeeta.com.
To change assistant info, go to Profile tab, click on Clinic Info then click on Assistant name and number then update it.

Patients are searching by Doctor services five times more than medical specialties. Select your services by going to Profile tab, click on doctor services card and choose your top 10 services.
Patients are doing many searches for doctors by insurance.
To add insurance companies, go to Profile tab, click on Clinic info then click on Insurance companies and choose your insurance companies.

Canceling Vezeeta booking is only available before the end of day shift (If your booking type is FIFO) or before booking time (If your booking type is on appointment). To do so, click on Schedule tab, go to the specific booking record, click on it and then click on Delete button.

Start selecting your top professional services that provided in your clinic. To do so, go to Profile tab, click on doctor services card and choose your top 10 services and help patients know more about them.
By the begining of each month, we issue the invoice of the previous month and we send it to your email to view it.
If your payment method is Postpaid (Credit card), the invoice amount will be withdrawn 1 day later.
If your payment method is Prepaid, the invoice amount will be deducted from your prepaid balance and we will notify you once your balance is about to finish.
Vezeeta charges you according to your plan as following:
Vezeeta Book (% per transaction): For each new patient that shows up in your clinic you pay percent of your examination fee for Vezeeta.com. You do not pay for the patient's repeat visits for 1 year.
All discounts that patients receive during any month will be paid back by Vezeeta in the same month's invoice.

You can call the support to change it.
To add your credit card, go to More tab, click on Payment and add your credit card details.
To change your credit card, go to More tab, click on Payment then click on Change credit card and add your new credit card details.
You can't change your payment method through Vezeeta profile app. But, you can call support to update it.
You can call support and request to deactivate your account. One of our support team will call you later to confirm your request.
Deactivating process may take up to 3 working days.
